playtime with yiyis, good dinner and cake for gongong!

7th August Saturday. Mum invited everyone over for dinner and mum prep for dinner since Friday nite. while i put baby R to sleep at 12mn, mum has been standing in the kitchen since 10+pm.... and i dun know what time she woke up but it was surely before 6am.... when i woke up to feed baby R at 6am... she was already making alot of noise in the kitchen. mum's leg hurts like mad but she was still standing in the kitchen thru the day. my mum puts alot of effort in cooking and now that we dun have a helper and i am stuck to my gal, she is all alone in the kitchen.

while popo is busy cooking in the kitchen, little baby R is playing cooking with her little yiyis. the little yiyis enjoyed pretend play alot! they simply love her tea set and cooking food items. i want to buy baby R a kitchen soon think she will love it. i am holding on as i seriuosly have space problem. the living room is now very filled with her boxes of toys.

when aunt k thinks the kids are jus having fun playing together, they prep a little surprise for her. nesa got a colourful cupcake pattern apron with matching tea towels for her mum and the twins helped to bring out a tiny brownie to surprise aunt k. everyone loves my mum's cooking including the youngest kiddos in the house!

thanks to the little yiyis for helping me out, they helped to entertain the little active one, play with her, sing to her, dance with her and even help to hold the milk bottle for her! thanks to Aunty Wendy for the lovely top! i loved it and baby R kept looking at mirror, looking at the butterfly on her top! the skirt is alittle big but we love it! thanks so much! i dressed baby R up for Gonggong's 68th bdae and she got really excited cos she loves bdaes!

baby R makes GongGong very happy!

bro ordered his wedding cake from Pines and he bought the triple choc cake for dad's bdae. alittle disappointed with the cake as i found that it wasnt asa chocolaty as the orange choc cake i ate the week before. baby R is rather serious looking when the whole cake-ceremony take place! she hardly smiled! but we all know she loves bdae cos she laughs, smiles and clap her tiny hands when she see her bdae videos!

Glad she still managed to clap her hands on her own when the bdae song was sung. she likes to put the knife thru the cake and Gonggong knows that! He allowed her to help and they cut thru the cake twice! too bad that the little one who didnt nap much thru the day got grouchy and couldnt get to sleep as she was very distracted with all the noise in the living room, so we left and we didnt get to celebrate aunt k and my cousint art's bdae. 3 different choc cakes in a nite but we only got to try one of it. Uncle J bought 3 whole brown bags of durians and so glad mum kept some for us!
