French..... bean & egg porridge!

the beautiful french beans porridge


went thru the veggies in mum's fridge and found some french beans. so i cut just 1 french bean, sliced thinly so that it can cook and soften faster. for stock i used the watercress soup that mum boiled. good thing is that mum never adds salt to her soup! boiled an egg and only gave baby r the yolk. she loved the porridge as the soup stock is very tasty!
