red car, blue sky, yellow sunset on green grass.

it took me so many days jus to get the pics arranged! i wanted to make a video as i took way to many photos but seriuosly i am so behind time and i have alot more to do... to think of songs would be a killer! also many good and not so good things happened and i am still on recovering from all the events! jus glad i managed to sort the pics out nicely. i have to first go settle my little restless one who gave me 30mins to finished up the arrangement and till she sleeps... i will fill up the words and hopefully i get to post this out on a Friday and not on Saturday! (not successful as she slept only at 11pm... and i was too lazy to get out of bed to continue my post.... and today is rather impossible as i am buying only little time to type as much cos gog to ted for my mum's gown's fitting!)

13th Septemeber 2010, Monday. daddy took half day and we head out to marina barrage for a cause... to test the controlled red car! the grandparents are sure ready and baby R is definitely excited! we first got daddy to get hold of how to control the car with my baby bag in the car.... when he was sure, we put our dear gal into her car.... and GOoooooooo!

this lucky gal had so many stares from everyone at the barrage. the cleaner stopped his spraying to let this gal pass as he watch her "drove" past, he smiled. thou she is not controlling the car, her hands are on the steering all the time, she mimics daddy driving i guess and of cos we kept telling her to hold on, cos when daddy brakes the car, she jerks to and fro! then daddy exclaimed that our gal when she used her bull-strength to hold the steering wheel... she actually turns the car the way she wanted and overpowers daddy's control!

the place is sure a very good choice to bring baby R to play her big red car! spacious! the weather was alittle hot but not scotching.... alot of bridal couples were seen at the venue for shoot. almost 6pairs or more! 4 adults walking around the car as it moves and baby R was alittle amused at first and i think she got a little serious and then relaxed to see the views around her!

we were stopped by the staff at MB! he was thrilled to see the red car and he came over to teased, asking baby R for her license! my gal wasnt scared. she smiled and waved at him and blew a kiss that prob melted the guy! he told her to obey the traffic rules and drive safely!

daddy even controlled the car up a bridge and we were all melting in the heat but everyone smiled when we all see baby R "driving" so seriuosly! she clapped her hands to show how happy she was! for the sake of the little grandchild, the grandparents could bear the heat! no complains at all from them as they were happy to see the little one in the red car they bought for her! lucky little one!

pitstop for drink! she must "cheers" daddy before she is willing to drink more!

the weather was humid and i was glad i had the camera to keep snapping pics,
cos if not i would have screamed "HOT"!

the one who the most fun should be daddy - like a big boy controlling a big toy car!

when baby R drove to the other area in MB, a group of gals who sat in row, all turned to look at baby R, then they all burst out laughing and smiling back at my baby... cos my little gal waved to them to say hi... she looked more like a pagent queen in her car! could hear them say sooo cute! then a boy ran over when he spooted baby R in her red car! the boy left his father and sister and followed everywhere baby R's car went! then when the sister caught up, it was her turn to follow baby R everywhere and her bro went to kick ball with his dad. baby R was friendly to the 2 kids.

my legs were killing! we walked many round about the bottom level of MB! it was finally time to keep the car as baby R tried to get out of the car! we were all very hot and tired but it wasnt time to go home yet! we head up to the top level to show my inlaws around.

while waiting for daddy... the little one was so alive zooming all about! she sat thru the activitiy so she had all the energy to continue running! love her expressions but she is such a tough cookie when she puts her hand behind her back! very difficult to catch her when she is that position!

i was amazed with how many heads we saw on a Monday afternoon at MB! way more than the last time when we were at MB for baby R's 6 months shots! somehow the grass didnt look as green but more of a golden colour! the difference is that we could see the completed Sands too! somehow the top was alittle breezy compared to the lower level!

sweet sweet daddy took the bottle of leftover bubbles from the car esp for baby R!

or the bubbles were for daddy? haha ... he is a very hardworking daddy who wants to play and make her baby R happy! the grandparents sure were smiling as they see the little miss pipi enjoying herself, trying to catchthe bubbles and trying to burst the bubbles!

not many shots of me? daddy was first holding onto the remote control of the car then the bubble bottle... so i had to self-shot! daddy was getting good, in fact really very good at blowing many bubbles at one go! i was trying to capture the bubbles flying past me, thou can't see from the shot... the bubbles did fly very far, beyond where i sat, all the way to where the people were flying kite!

i asked my mil to help me take some shots... i really wanted some nice shots with baby R too! thou i stay at home, i take mostly her photos and photos of us together! i like the photos mil took. So happy that i have some personal photos with my baby R too! baby R simply loves to tease her grandpa! they are always seen teasing each other and baby R always bullys ah gong! its always funny to watch them as they usual make each other laugh so hard and its contagious!

there were so many kites up in the sky that late afternoon!

daddy finished the bottle of bubbles and we took a walk across the field of kites! there was a huge group of tourist trying to take group shots with Sands as backdrop and baby R ran towards them and daddy caught her in time before she interupted with shoot!

daddy got her stop for awhile to see the kites in the sky. it was cute to see them looking together... but it wasnt long, baby R was on her toes again, running so fast from us and we had to give chase! regret not recording down her run and the chase by daddy!

then its my turn to walk... with baby R and chase her when she started running!

**

will baby R run in races next time?
You'll never know cos she has training since she knew how to walk!

the only way to stop our running baby.... get her stuck on daddy's shoulders!

the sun was setting but it was still very glaring that inspire a nice family "shadow" shot!
i simply love taking shadows!

glad that daddy is still willing to take shots with me and not jus with his baby only!

my baby missed naptime for hours and she only took a short car-trip nap....
she loves being out and she refuse to miss out any fun and rather sacriface her rest time!

we were lucky to stop a guy who ran past us... to help to take one and only group shot!

we lastly walked towards the end of the park and fil was excited to bring baby R walk thru the water fountain! it was really nice and baby R was prob alittle scared but she was definitely having fun! prob wondering how the water got over her and she is not wet! there were couples who took shots there too...

**

thanks to the generous grandparents who got baby R the red car that lead us to a fun day at MB! she was sure one little happy baby who enjoyed her drive about at MB! daddy is happy too cos he got to play control car too!

my favourite shot of the day
daddy wearing shoes for his little darling!
