Super busy with a sudden big project at home, thus late updates and playing the chasing game again!!! managed to post dear's bdae cake as he was at home and he was napping with baby r and they left no space for me to nap with them! so now i decided to first chase the 2 weeks of update and i have a busy weekend as halloween is round the corner!!! thats = to lots of photos and updates!
my last entry was on Rachel's jabs. for that whole night, i watch her by my side and i hate the feeling of "dun know whether to give med onot"! i really hate the thermometer we got!!! dun think it reflected the right temp! i feel R's warm but the dam thermometer says she is 35.5??? didnt give any med but i gave her a fever cooling pad. got her to stay alert by playing with her hanging mobile station. took many more "frens" from mum's place toybox. so glad she was alert thru the day but she still felt warm. waited for gx to come fetch us. he was late as he waited for my dad to knock off from work. we head to uncle J's house for prayer. its my grandma's d anniversary, didnt feel too good that nite.
Friday 16th Oct. Can't recall anything and prob it was a good day with my gal. i did take some photos of her and her new pillow. she kept turning on her tummy to look at pooh. she can hold her head up for a very long time. turning to look around and when she is tired, she would rest her little head down. but very fast she would lift up her head to look around all over again. em... think daddy did take leave, half day to go army for his medical update. he came home and fetched us over to mums. he didnt stay, just me and baby.
Absolut ROCKS!
i am amazed with Absolut. Since art school days, after flipping the absolut design book, i immediately fell in love with the artistic direction the company had... that was years back! got my first bottle when i started travelling and every time i travel, i got a new bottle as there are always new flavours that were on the shelf! then came the special packaging that wraps up the original bottle of vodka! sil got a bottle and she loves it and so do i! i was so lucky that uncle k was away and i messaged him and he was kind to get me a bottle! LEATHER! wooo nice black leather studded and the zipper makes its so sexy!
so happy that i got a new bottle to add to my collection! no i didnt purposely take out all the bottles for a shoot! on Monday, since pils were at home, i decided to clean up the kitchen! it was on my agenda for weeks! i got to it thou i know its a crazy move as i will be packing and cleaning it all on my own! my red pepper is a smaller bottle but its a very important bottle as its given by my dear fren dap! had a sobsob story with my collection and dap stood by me. she was so kind to make me happy and i wot forget her kindness. yes i do have missing bottles. a purple bottle of currant vodka... and a colourful bottle, not sure if thats it.
monday was just crazy packing the kitchen, rearranging the items and making more space as i am suppose to bring back my esprit collection from mum's soon! its been years and i hope non of the dishes, cups and bowls are broken... (yet to bring home at this point of time). pils were off and i tot with them around i can rest alittle catch up with my entries and they can rest and have a ball of time with grandaughter.... till gx return hm on tuesday, suggesting that we should change room with my inlaws... my inlaws are so big hearted!!! they immediately agree to swop rooms so that we can have more space esp for gx! he is squash at a small corner of the room, sleeping on the floor everynite.... all for the sake of his baby gal!
wednesday morning, fil went to temple to check whens a good time to shift and change rooms.... after lunch, my fil was very fast in action! he dismantled his bed and was ready so fast that i had no time to take pic of my room and i found myself passing the baby to mil and started getting all the things out of the way and discussing with fil how to move the huge bed out of my room! in the midst of moving, my little gal was looking all over and she had a "whats happen" expression! she had a slurping good time with grandma as she hardly stops her from having her hands! so i took 2 bibs and bundle up R's hands! my gal frown at first when she saw what i was doing and later she was amused with her buddled up fists! she tried to take them off and after many tries... she never gives up! she succeded taking one hand off and she used the other to pull off the bib on the other hand! we had major stuff exchanged rooms and by evening, it was time to get some items into places! gx was amazed with pils and me! we managed to take care of baby and moved all the bulky items before he came home! the treat for the day was KFC for dinner!
Oct 22nd Thursday, was a super busy start in the morning! cos fil decided to go pray at simalu. lucky thing was gx had a spare car as he was collecting his rented car for his work trip to KL. we bath little one, prep her things and set off. at the temple, little one was very good as i knelt with her, i told her to put her hands together to pray, she did! she attracted an old lady's attention and she offered to stamp on little one's back. she was very attentive, always looking everywhere! when fil asked her to touch the tummy of the laughing buddha, she just stretches out her hand and not afraid to touch! after all the walking about, she fell asleep. thou the cartoon on the carshade is not what i wanted but i am pretty happy with the function as it helps to shade baby r and sometimes keep her busy on my lap. the other toy i have in the car for baby r is the noise making pooh & frens! they rattle and for pooh, have to press on the tummy to make the sound. had no photos taken with my gal thru the day and i decided to take some pics while the grandparents got off the car to get lucky! me and my little sleeping beauty!
when we got home, work start all over again! it was impossible to go back to mum's tat nite! esp when we started to exchange wardrobe space! look at the clothes we have! the things that were kept in the wardrobe! i admit i have enough things including my treasures at mum.... to fill a house on my own! gx came home and helped out to get things into our new wardrobe. mil carried rach thru the day and had achy shoulders and hands as she has been the main person who carry her while fil and i packed up our individual rooms!
the weekend did not go according to as my plans... gx went to KL for biz trip and thus i did not need to rush back to kcb to bake his cake.... also impossible to go home to bake as we changed rooms and had so much to pack. i packed thru friday after gx left for his work trip. the packing was not complete and pretty impossible to finish and i was rushing mad to do as muxh as i can on Saturday. dad waited at home for us to go back and we met up with sis only at 5pm++. was dead tired when i got to mums! spent most of the time with sis and mum came home really late that nite and we chat and little one woke up from her sleep to join us!we went to bed almost 2am! Sunday was a working day for mum again! i started baking after mum left for work. it was mad rush as gx called to tell me that he has set off from KL heading home! bad choice to use a new recipe for the 1st time, worst when the cake tin is brand new and it is in the giant cupcake shape which got me worried, afraid the cake would not turn out nicely! but it did turn out nicely except thru the afternoon, it took almost 2hours to bake! Miss A came to our house to check out our room. she gave us some advice and i am very thankful she made a trip esp for us! felt bad that she didnt get to go home straight after her long road journey. but her advice made me feel so much more at ease.
