Rachel is BOTAK!

Oct 11th Sunday. Little Rachel has been so pipi!!! gosh she kept crying for some reasons when my mum carries her... can see that my mum was alittle upset by evening! all my mum wanted was to carry her grandaughter and let me have my meals and shower... but little one was soooooo loud and she got so agitated that mum had no choice but to get me to carry her. daddy got really pissed when we got home and she carried on her wailing! despite after telling her to behave and be a good gal, she decided to scream her lungs out! yah, she is a baby but we know she can get at least 50% of our message... we know and we are not crazy to think so. i hug her bed and console the little one... we are not mean parents but we are definitely strict with her! the only sweet thing that happen on that Sunday besides a car ride for our lit family to fetch my mum around was the nicely packaged jap sweets aunt o got from her trip. but they were alit too sweet thou!

Oct 12th Monday. it was a very busy morning! after we clean up our little gal, my fil, mil, gx and i hurried to prepare ourselves as we were gog out and to many places! First, we rushed to hdb hub to sign documents and pay for our installment for our house. after pil signed the documents, they brought little one for a walk around tpy central, while i felt so sleeping listening to the lady explaining all the documents! i couldnt help yawning!!! met up with the grandparents and little one at ntuc and my mil got her 2 tops and lots of mittens! the ang mo brand mittens al very loose so mil was nice to pick some for our lit gal.

we proceed to united square. remembered that there was a Tanf Dian Wang but when we got there, it was a HK cafe... so we proceeded to have brunch at Soup Restaurant instead. cos my pil like the olive rice. baby fell in the car but once we sat down at the restaurant, she was awake! she always wakes up when she smells food! but she was a good gal! she sat in the pram as we all hurried with our food! i gave everyone a treat to thank them for taking time off to take care of little one while i was in the hospital.

took some pics of little one before she get her hair shaved off.... thanks to aunty ser and et for the top! i kept if esp for the haircut day! we decided that my fil will be the one holding our little gal while the shaving is done... in the car, mil told us that when gx had his hair shaved... his grandpa held on to him and when the barber wanted to shave his hair... he screamed very loudly and everyone from the lady's salon came by to see what happened! so i was prepared with a pacifier in my pocket... in case little one follows daddy's footsteps!

with steady hands and our little gal is very well-behaved with ah gong... she was quiet thru the shave and didnt move very much. grandpa was talking to her, making faces and cheering her while the lady work fast around her head... i felt sad seeing her hair shaved! the lady was careful and good... then came the question from daddy after the lady is done... how about her eyebrows??? both mums told us the eyebrows have to be shaved off too! i was against the idea... the lady heard the qns and she told us... its better to shave as the brows will grow nicely... i gave in and she took out a smaller shaving tool and off goes my little one's brows. baby was running out of patience but she was still a good gal, she never exercised her lungs power at all. i felt sad while my pil, gx smiled and laughed that she look so cute! the rest of the parent customers look in amazement! esp the ang mo! no hair, no brows.... Rachel is BOTAK!!!

this is the slogan on baby's rompers.... and daddy really thinks her little gal look so cute! i tot her head looked soooo round without hair! yes and daddy did tell her after this shot that "you are my beautiful girl!" just before we left the salon for kidos, i ask gx to ask if we can have a sticker... i saw the kid before us choosing his sticker after his haircut! no, i m not kiasu! i just really want the sticker! Y? i have not seen smurf stickers before!!! who cares about ben10, dora, princess... my gal doesnt know anything about stickers but mummy really wants the smurf ones! laugh but i got what i want! oh love the papa smurf sticker!

we changed little one's clothings in the car and head for our next destination, which was perfect for our "little monk"! we head back to tpy's shuang lin shi. we prayed as fil happily carried our 6.080kg gal around the temple. then we walked thru the beautiful temple and took some photos thou our little gal is sound asleep. she is exhausted from the busy morning!

it was quiet and peaceful walk thru the temple. it wasnt too hot either as i remember it rained in the morning! when we got to the temple of Guanyin Niangniang, our little one woke up! there was a prayer session gog on. little one had her first taste of sweet as daddy rub alittle of the sweet on her lips.

it was a miracle to be able to on the super low batt camera for a nice family shot at the lotus pond! we quickly took some nice family photo with the little one who was awake! no more no less a nice shot with daddy and mummy and one with grandparents! the camera went dead right after the family shots! i did some cropping to have closer shots of our little one.

that wasnt our last stop. gx drove all the way to ikea tampines. we were looking for a display unit and we sat down for some teabreak. got mostly baby stuff that day. just before we left, i had an ikea vanilla ice-cream cone! i didnt have anything for dinner that nite! poor sil came home and she didnt feel well... little one slept well that nite as she missed lots of her nap time!
