new additions to baby r's toy collection!

to store some new cubes, i used a bag given to her by gx's ex-collegue, a very nice lady, Peng. the bag is just nice size for baby r and to use it to store the cubes, its perfect! i love these cubes! very interactive learning cubes! some of are made of clear plastic and there are little things in the cube, reflecting either the alphabet or the number on the cube! like B is for BEE and theres a bee in the cube! 2 would have 2 keys in the cube!

i like the other cubes that has different texture for baby to feel. these are great for baby! i remembered attending short courses in SAS that talked about kids and tactile problem. i like that baby r get to feel all sorts of texture and she isnt afraid of any of it. visually these blocks provide alot for baby r's learning!

new toys and old toys = more space needed to store the toys! i did some adjustment and made some shifting and swap the drawers on rollers for the boxes. the drawers now are used to store the toys and the boxes are used in the room for her clothings and my bags...

alot more toys for the little one's fingers! there is a shaker that fascinates the adults more than baby r. maybe she has not find that interesting yet! colour beads rolling all over in a tube may not be the things she wants to play with but hitting the keys is something she likes occassionally! she has not reached the point where she can sort the shapes but she loves pouring out the pieces found in this tub!

the little movable tricycle is baby r's favourite... music making toy! she shakes her bumbum once the music is on! she doesnt like to sit on the toy yet. maybe she feels insecure as she can't control sitting in a stable position in it yet. her favourite thing to do during playtime is to crawl to places she isnt allowed to... to the fan where she wants to touch the wire coiled at the bottom. to the dvd and starhub box..., to the glass dining table and coffee table and to her high chair, to hold onto the legs and stand up!
