gx laughed at me when i told him i tried a new method to cook egg
he say this isnt something new as its the same concept in adding egg to instant noodle soup... but it is to me as i just simply want to add beaten egg to lots of soup stock! i suddenly had a tot of what to do with the extra stock. i wanted to add an egg in to cook ... no need to steam as the egg would stick to the side of the plate and make it so difficult to clean. no frying as less oily and wot make the kitchen greasy... i like this method as the egg absorbs the soup stock and the kitchen isnt greasy and the egg doesnt get stuck to the sides making it difficult to clean!
