August 1st Sunday. We attended gx's cousin's daugther's 1st bdae. We usually only meet once a year with gx's dad's side and during special occasions like wedding and full month parties. It seem like this is my 1st birthday party i attended on his side.
we joined his side of relatives in the dining room at the back of the house which had a koi pond. our little family sat on the edge of the curb and we enjoyed the breeze while i gave her snacks! after the party gx told me i was a joker... he found it funny that i told my daughter to high-5 the big hand.... i was just trying to get my gal distracted and entertained so that she remained sitted till we were done taking turns to have a quick bite. glad i got her to wear the little bambi vest dap got for her from japan! its neither very cold or hot.... cos it was rather warm in the house yet cooling when we sat at the back as the breeze blew at our face!

pretty cake but i didnt get to have a slice... the cake disappeared after the cake-cutting ceremony! tot i could try and see how these fondant cakes taste like... i have not ordered a fondant cake yet. personally i love to play with fondant but i dun like to eat it cos its too sweet! sat around and watch baby R run across the carpet many times and had to interupt daddy's conversation many times as she tried to sneak off the mat! i was feeling so stuffy.... i got a headache so no choice i had to mobilise daddy.... baby R loves getting in bewteen the eggy stools! she even shocked all gx's relatives by pushing over one of the eggy stools!
when gx's relatives made a move, we followed suit. not sure where gx's aunt and cousin were, we didnt get to say goodbye. we head to mums in the late afternoon and we ate more teatime and i always love dinner at mums...
