12th August 2010. my dad came over to play with his grandaughter before we head for dinner. we went to AMK Melben for crabs! dad's favourite. when we were young, he would buy the live crabs and they would be in the sink moving, struggling with the strings tied around them... our family loves crab. sis suggested this place as it just renovated and she say its cleaner... it so crowded and noisy! the reservation was given to me as i told them i have a kid and i can't possibly be in the queue when she told me reservation is full. i took a later time slot but at least i secure a table!
4 crabs in 3 style. Our favourite beehoon soup, chilli and black pepper style. too bad i didnt get to eat my favourite butter creamy crab as sis dun like it. bro was also asking for it but we will sure get a chance to eat it... baby r had a bad black bruise on her right cheek... she bumped herself against the tv console... mil and i jus watched her fall and there was no way to save her... she was far from me and my mil just turn to witness her hit the console... we both heard the loud thump... heart sink and all we could do was to calm her down, i hugged her tight and we applied cold pressure using the tinklebell ice-pack that nesa yiyi got for her... then we boiled an egg to apply heat theraphy on her cheek... just hope she would be less cheeky in future with her actions!
