12mths 1 week old milestones

Baby R has taken many steps but after she turned one year one week old... she has learnt to let go, off support and taken more than 5-6steps, falling into my arms and gave me tight hugs! My little toddler has grown so much, her little thighs are alittle more chubby! being very active i would say she still look lean. very fast in action, always grabbing things very fast and didnt even notice how it happened. she is talking more, complaining alot and making alot of expressions! pretend to cry to show how upset she is esp when i tell her thats all the ice-cream she gets to lick off the cone! danced alot when she hears music. she got new moves! she listened to jazz, pop, dance, korean, chinese, english and all time favourite jap C&A cd to sleep. my newest song that i sing her to sleep is FLY ME TO THE MOON! love my ballroom dancing with her, she totally enjoys it! when i need a rest from dancing around the house, she would hold my hand up to continue turning and breezing thru the room! she is drooling alot again as her upper 2 teeth is protruding from her gums. she combs her hair with her own tiny comb from the burts bee miniture package (thanks to Shanice's full month gift!). she mimics alot of our action and she even had one hand on her waist, not sure why she does that! baby r always indicate what she wants at meals now! when she wants water she would push the spoon away and look away.... when she is done with the water, she would look at the bowl! by now, climbing up and down from sofa, beds is not a problem for her... esp after the terrible bump she had before her actual bdae! she learnt her lesson and no matter how excited she is, she would turn and come down by legs first! she holds her bottle most of the time but when she is tired and sometimes lazy and sometimes to lock me next to her, she would want to be pamapered, getting me to hold the bottle for her! she intiate the family cheer when she sees daddy on the webcam. she totally understand what we say... esp when we are planning to go out... she would skip her naptime to wait for the moment! thats a pain! hate it when she gets grouchy when she miss her naps... but in comparison, she is still a good baby, she doesnt allow the grouchiness to last to long.... she loves birthdays and she knows what to do during birthdays! she loves pushing the knife into cakes! she helped ah gong cut the fathers' day cake last nite! she loves the photobook i did for her, always pointing to it and getting my mil to flip the book for her! she would get so excited looking thru it! she loves the slides i do for her too and she loves to express herself, making so many expressions and getting really excited, talking alot, when i showed it to my aunts and uncles! she shows her xi, nu, ai and le in her own ways and its a joy to see her grow!
