aturday 30th January 2010. daddy and i planned to bring baby r for a earlier afternoon swim to see if it helps her to be in the water at warmer timing. i was alittle worried that she will still be afraid of getting into the water, so i told daddy that we will just keep her at the steps like the week before and just let her stay there, dun bring her into the waters... took some shots with her while waiting for daddy to prep.
she still seemed nervous about the swim... she was struggling alittle when i was trying to get her into her swimsuit. i love the shot where she stuck out her little tongue as i kissed her on her cheeks! she is really pipi! i simply love to kiss her little chubby rosy cheeks! esp when she tries to escape by turning her face away and i would squeeze her tight and give her a big muack on her face! we both always end up being very cheeky to each other, being stubborn with each other and i love to hear her chuckle when i rub my nose on her tummy!
as we are the only ones bringing her to the pool, we took a shot before leaving for the pool.... daddy was in a rather "no-hope" mood as he didnt want baby r to be upset and yet he didnt pin any hopes for her to like water play in the swimming pool ... we started off at the steps as planned. she stood up and sat down on the step, patting the water with her tiny hands. it was just like how she was patting the water in the bath tub the whole week when i bathed her! then somehow, she wanted to get daddy's small leg float which was next to daddy... she moved forward to reach for it and moved into the waters, heading for daddy and he was surprised! i was taken back and i had to hold her back as i wasnt ready to get into the waters! passed her to daddy and we moved into the centre of the baby pool and no tears! she kept a No Smile face for awhile and she was very busy hitting the waters, wetting daddy's face with droplets! baby r face was also filled with little water droplets but it didnt bother her at all, she just kept hitting the water! then finally when i spin her around in the waters and we chased daddy, she broke into a smile! we were all playing very happily!
