Without U for the next 5 days...

8th January 2010 Friday. Daddy set off early in the morning to th airport on biz trip. he will in guangzhou and shenzhen for 5days. he kissed baby goodbye and i sent him to the door and pils came out to close the door for him while i went back to the room to look after baby r... couldnt sleep and i on the com and started ploking in the pics for different posts... waited for his call... its not the 5 days of nite duty by myself that worries me ... its the cries of baby r that worries me as i will not be home but staying over at my uncle's place... worry that baby r's loud cries wakes them up.... also everytime gx travels even if its to KL... i worry... a very gan cheong and worry queen by nature. but my body failed me and i couldnt wait till he call before boarding and i napped.... baby r was awake at 8am and i sent her out to my pils. as we have the car, fil calls an off day to bring baby r out. i was lucky that they were at home as i told them i needed another hour of rest for my throbing head.

i overslept and woke up at 11+am! woke up in time for lunch and waited for gx's call... suppose to go over on Saturday but since pils were home on friday, they prefered to send me over that evening instead of Sat morning as they prefer not to rush around... then i rushed to pack stuff needed for the 3 days stay! we drove to sungei rd to get some bulbs... only fil got down from the car to get it as mil and i were busy cleaning baby r up... this little pipi loves to poopoo during car rides! gosh its been like this for 2-3weeks! dun think i can change this habit of hers!

then we head straight to bedok to grab a bite at the interchange food centre and baby r could still nap with the loud chacha music playing just a stall away from her! head to laguna and drag a luggage bag, a huge paperbag and her usual milkbox up to my uncle's place! then we left to go over to the park for a walk but we were caught in the drizzle which became a downpour! we were walking really fast and baby r was still smiling in fil's arms! she is sure pipi! she enjoyed her 1st rain shower!

before mil left, she told her to behave, to listen to me, not to cry at nite... fil too spoke to her before leaving... called my mum to ask what time she was coming home! she was suprised to hear my voice when she heard my voice over the home line! she was rather disappointed earlier the day as she tot i was gog to be there on fri... and she was happy when she knew we were already there!

baby r had a hard time falling asleep but the nite went well. baby r held her cries and i was in time with the feeding. she was a good girl. daddy had a cold day in GZ. 9degrees... he was gog to have supper with his collegues in the room after our call... i watch the airplanes fly pass and couldnt sleep... no internet connection... only had pen and paper... then i planned my little girl's party... till i was tired and i slept... waking up to check to make sure little r didnt catch a fever from the rain...
