23rd January 2010. sis and i prep baby r for her 2nd swim. she didnt look as calm and relax as the 1st time when we dressed her in her swim suit. met daddy who just arrive and he carried baby r, walked and talked to her about the swim.... but she still look so tensed up.
daddy got her to be interested in the waters, watching other little kids playing in the baby pool. she couldnt take her eyes off the kids. then i carried her, walked around the baby pool to the side where there are steps. we sat down and baby immediately stood up. i splash some water on her feet and she hugged me very tightly... think she felt scared! slowly i got her to sit next to me.
i kicked my legs up and down in the waters and she relaxed alittle allowing me to do the same with her legs. she looked and felt more relaxed... then i went into the waters and carried her along. then she started struggling alittle and started to cry. made her turn a few rounds in the waters with me and at times she stop her cry but when she started to cry louder, we stopped water activity and i passed her to daddy.
she looked so tired when i saw her and took some shot of her. she looked so distress in one of the pic! when i asked her if she still wants to swim, she broke down again! daddy was so worried for little r and he told her its ok many times... then bil came in time to distract baby r. she loves playing with bil. she stopped her cries and daddy hugged her tightly all the way home.
