when we were done playing with the bubbles, we took a walk around the farm... apparently behind a huge gate, thats where the guests stay, we didnt go explore that area, we walked about the little garden area to take some pics with baby R.
**
daddy and daddy's girl. daddy's always a match with his darling gal!
my cool model! she must have felt that we are asking her to stand at the wall for time out!
she look so xianz...
daddy finally took the camera over to take some shots of me and my gal!
i am glad daddy brought us out to such a nice place to have an afternoon together!
while baby R explores the garden on her own, stopping to check on the round scupltures, i sat down to watch her run about, while daddy chase her around with the camera, capturing her in action. i shouldnt be screaming tired as daddy was the one blowing the bubbles but for me its a 24/7 job as a mummy, everyday without much break from baby, so sitting in the quiet garden was nice.
i love the shots daddy took of us! esp the the pic below! he squat down and played with the angle for a very long time, while baby R was busy taping the glass table and i was jus looking at the plants. nice shot daddy! glad he made such an effort! i think he took better pics than i did of him and baby R!
after walking thru the nursery, we head to the cafe for a break! the wooden baby chair here was pretty cool looking! baby R was pretty excited to have her snack! she sat down looking happy but poor daddy had to walk back to the car to get the bag as he didnt want to carry it around the place when we were playing and exploring and i am glad the carpark is near as the bag is very filled and heavy!
the little one likes to imitate what we do! she wanted to look at the menu too! so daddy showed her the children's menu while i decide what to get for our tea break. with the many animal pics on the menu, when daddy ask baby R to point to the cow, she sure knows her animals! she could tell it was a cow even thou it was illustrated differently.
on the 10th of September, baby R officially turned 15mths old! i am glad that with my idea and daddy's place recommendation, we spend a nice cooling afternoon with our little girl. She has grown alot over the few months and she has achieved many milestones! she recongnise many songs and when she heard Olivia Ong's cd playing in the cafe, she exclaimed and looked at us excitedly! she likes to point to things we ask her to find, she loves to learn, she definitely can run! she can even dodge us when she wants to get away to run more! she loves to do cheers with daddy when she drinks!
we ordered a special platter of 3 snacks to share. anything 3 snacks for $15? if i didnt remember wrongly it was a $5 for each appetizer cos if ordered separately would be $9-$12 per snack. i like the 3 different kind of sauce they provided esp the wasibi mayo! while baby R snacked, we ate and even thou she had crumbs all over her, we managed pretty well nowadays to have her sitted while we ate.
it was a good day! the rain has stopped and baby R seems to love the place too!
she look very calm and happy!
**
before we left, we took a look into pond and there were many fishes in there!
too bad we didnt have any plain bread or else baby R could feed them!
i love it that baby R knows how to say hi and goodbye on her own now. she even blow kisses after she say her goodbyes. love the sound of her kisses! she is a very warm gal and i hope she remains sweet and nice! she said her goodbye to the place as we walked out and when she saw the doggy lying on the ground, she blew a kiss and waved goodbye. gx drove and i saw grass! restricted area grass!
since we dun come here often, gx drove around to check out other farms. we drove pass many veggie farms, an aloe vera farm, mushroom farm and we chanced upon signs that says goat farm and we followed the signs that lead us after a long drive to the farm. but it was closed! we were an hour late and milking of the goats are done in the morning anyway.... daddy say next time we will come back in the morning to catch the milking of the goats in action!
daddy was wishing that i could help him out with the driving... he wished i knew how to drive! the long roads out of the Lim chu kang area and the drive back to punggol sure made him sleepy! the only thing i could do was to be wide awake, talking to him, squeezing his neck and shoulders occasionally while the tired little one slept in her car seat!
