10th September 2010, Friday. Its Hari Raya and its PH and we had plans to bring baby R somewhere to play bubbles. i was packing the storeroom, saw the bubbles i got for baby R's full month party and i tot it was time to go somewhere to play bubbles with her. i wanted somewhere grassy but the weather was not on our side. it rained and it was a heavy downpour since morning. daddy came to get us at my mum's place and he drove north to avoid traffic jams! he said the cte was so packed and he had somewhere to bring us to, somewhere i haven been to and we prob can play bubbles there!
it was a long drive all the way north, after stopping by the Kranji Memorial cos i said i haven been there before, gx continued to drive for a long time into forested area, lanes were so quiet with trees surrounding us. we entered the farmways and he was still searching for the one he intended to bring us and we followed the signs and we got there somehow!
the sky was still weeping... lucky the place was connected somehow and there was no need to use the umbrella. i was just wondering where is daddy gog to bring us to play bubbles with baby R! we came under a huge tent. baby R loves the huge space. she ran. she wouldnt stop! she was so fast for the sleepy parents to chase her! we could be lazing in bed with the good weather to snuggle, esp baby R haven taken her nap! instead we were chasing her around the open space!
it was difficult to get baby R to stop to rest! i found a good quiet spot to keep her down for awhile and she was nice enough to take some shots with mummy! but very quickly baby R ran away when she saw spacious running ground!

daddy started blowing bubbles for our little one. he was very hardworking daddy blowing non-stop like a machine to make her daughter happy! of cos baby R was thrilled as she plays with bubbles for the 1st time and i am glad she likes it! sadly the bubbles arent very visible in the pics as the background is cemented concrete floor...
thru out the bubble fun time, baby R was running with only one shoe!
it kept falling off so we kept he shoe away and it didnt bother her at all!
the pic would have been perfect if we were on the grass.... but running on the grass, well, she mit fall and dirty herself... lots of ifs and sighs, nothing is perfect and we should be thankful cos what was most important was baby r had so much fun looking at the bubbles, trying to catch the bubbles, watching the bubbles float by and spending quality time with daddy! at least we had a place to ourselves, pretty safe place for baby r to run about, to spend the afternoon playing bubbles!

when the bubble liquid was too foamy and running low, i told daddy to make big bubbles to let baby R burst, to let her have a feel what bubbles were like. she is not afraid of new things, she likes to try to touch it and she enjoys bursting the big bubbles and daddy made her quite a few and this was good to get her stop and take a rest. she would stand and wait for daddy to create the bigger bubbles.
she missed her naps and she still had so much energy to run about chasing bubbles. i sure have a party gal! she loves having fun and she treasures the time she has with everyone else cos she knows she has only mummy 24/7 on weekdays afternoons till nite!
