This has many votes from my family members as the best salad dish ever!
Thou CNY is over but not with my mum! She still have preserved condiments that add flavours to the plain shredded carrot and radish! i love it that i get to lou as i didnt get to do it the last time round! i would like to think that mum made it for me... wish my mum is not so asian sometimes! i really want to hug her!
bro tummy wasnt too good, so he offered to carry baby r. since the day bro came to drive us over to join mum on a weekday, baby r is more receptive to this "disturbing" uncle of hers! i showed baby r the yusheng and she really wants to try everything! didnt allow her to do so as theres salmon in it, lots of sugar in the preserved condiments! one thing i like about baby r is that when i tell her when she grows up, i will definitely let her try, she knows i won't give her any and she won't make any noise about it. she is pretty good about it... but if she knows she can have it, if she recognised and remembered she ever try it before, she sure wants some it!
