Monday 28th June 2010. baby r woke up early even thou she slept very late! we had an issue when i tried to put her to bed on Sunday nite! she refused to sleep while i was suffering from achy body! i carried her solely mostly on my own and thus injured my right arm, adding more pain to my ankle and shoulders and back was breaking! everyone in the house was asleep except us! i put her on the floor tight outside the room door, told her to stay out if she doesnt want to sleep and i pretend to close the door. she looked at the door.... sat there and didnt move, no she didnt cry... she saw me peeping.... then she moved... she went towards the twins' room.... the door was ajar.... she pushed it with all her might and bang the door opened! afraid to wake the twins, i dashed over to pick her up and head back to our room. pat her alot more times, massage her endlessly and finally we slept...
but the late nite, early morning, didnt make this little one appear restless at all. after we sent popo for work, she was full of energy, dancing away with the twins, walking around the house with them and play all she can before the twins went to school. we sent them to school with M and after that we took a cab to parkway to shop for the surprise i promised them. yes most of the shops were still closed. i know giant opens early and i wanted to shop there 1st. we chanced upon something baby R was familiar with... Elmo and Big Bird! took pics with them and after, i searched for a place for breakfast.
somehow, i just like Dome. not many around and somehow if you ask.... it reminds me of Italy? the feel i get but not that i remember any italian places i been to looks like this... so i ordered breakfast to share with M. i got to eat 1st. for the 1st time i get to eat 1st while M helped me carry her. good thing was baby r was familiar with M over the weekend. its been so long since i had bacon and eggs! that was when i was in SAS and with baby R in my tummy, i loved having bacon and eggs and waffle with banana topped with maple syrup for breakfast! the scone was nice but not the strawberry jam.... borders opened at the right time! baby r was running out of patience and when the doors opened M brought her in for a walk and they waved to me from the other side and baby r loves that!
Danger is everywhere for me! i have no control and whatever shop i go into.... i always have something that attracts my attention... it then all depends on my willpower not to spend... STRONG willpower is what i lacked. so when i let M eat her breakfast, i went into borders with baby r and she loves books! we were safe till i saw this elmo book.... its a magnetic play book for children age 3... but i like it, so i bought it for my gal. then i went back to a book that i saw once i stepped into borders. seriously the book to me is cute. the recipes are very simple great for days when i need something fast and simple... do i really need it... no but its good to have and i couldnt not buy it!
as i unpack to check out the magnetic book, baby r plays with the handbag! she looked so much like a little boy except that she really loves bags and accessories! when daddy is not around, when i look at baby R, there are so many times i feel that she look so much like daddy!
my main buy must buy was plaster! every part of my body aches terribly! had to buy the huge lobster cracker and i threw into my shopping basket 2 other old time favourite snack and i love the fact that they come in bulk!
baby r nap on me and we sat at the balcony and enjoyed the breeze.
went down with M to get the kids from school. baby r and i surprised them by the swimming pool! m changed them and we were having fun in the water! baby r loves being in the pool! the twins didnt want to get out of the pool till i told them more surprises when they get home! after showers, we head to the park to get satay! this is more like i want to eat but they enjoyed the walk at the park! when i asked nic howmany sticks she wants to eat, she replied 51! i told her i only got money to get 30 sticks but she was right... there were 55 sticks of satay.... (next post will explain why 55!)
after dinner, i gave the twins their last surprise.... the present i promised. in exchange, nic gave me buzz and nat gave me her japan snoppy pen she received from aunt o... for a toy house! i was suppose to look for Mr & Mrs potato but they didnt have it and i saw this huge box and i knew they would like this even better and they surely did!
